"I visited this Home Depot location to pick up a few plants. The indoor house plant area was very organized. They had exactly what I wanted, making it a smooth experience. The cash out area also gave me an experience of its own. The customer service in that area was very helpful. It's not as common to find such great customer service in most places."
"Again just another Home Depot I go into and the atmosphere is just so uncomfortable. I noticed upon arrival lots of men just standing around outside looking for work that’s one, Due to that the employees at Home Depot already assume that you’re one of them just coming into the store to hang out well that’s not it. Number 2 you have every single employee there literally micro inspecting your every move that’s just not ok we go into these places to have a comfortable experience and we seek tranquility in our shopping moments there we shouldn’t have to watched step by step by these employers who think your there doing something wrong or out of line. But of course the community within the area and the people out front of the store just don’t make it better. I’ve also noticed on plenty of occasions lots of congregating among the employees talking reckless and not being in professional standings. Don’t get me wrong if you’re going to follow someone follow somebody who’s knows for committing crimes don’t stereotype cause that would loos you lots of customers trust me."
"The reviews I'm reading here of customer satisfaction are surprising. I was employed here for just a little over a year and the support I got from those in authority was zero to none. On my own set up to fail as an associate. Home depot has a lot of good stuff just don't expect knowledgeable assistance."
"Now this location can sometimes be shady with no customer service, no one to help you and can’t find items. But on my last visit I not only received amazing customer I received it from two separate associates from different departments. Vinny, the first associate was extremely helpful, he helped me select a butcher top counter bc the counter top I wanted wasn’t in stock. And he price matched. Then I met Sean, who walked me over to find shelves and select the right measurements. I was so impressed with this improved customer care. I hope it continues."
