"Boutique ticket counter is next to door B213 in Boston Logan Airport but it’s not listed anywhere that’s easy to find. Massena airport quick, friendly, clean and modern. No concessions."

"The employees of the airport are kind, pleasant, and personal. The only airline company, however, is not. Boutique Air is a pathetic excuse for an airline. When we received our boarding passes online, they were not accessible. We called the airline 10 times with no response (it’s not like they have lines of people waiting to call for an 8 person plane). After eventually getting our passes, our flight was delayed for 6 hours. As long as Boutique is the only available airline at this airport, avoid Massena “International” at all costs. You will be able to walk to your location in a more timely manner. This only receives one star for the kind and reassuring employees."

"Everybody was courteous and friendly a TSA agent actually unpacked my Diaper bag and repacked it because it was messy to help me out for my trip. He Really took the time to separate my daughter's snacks diapers wipes into separate pouches of the diaper bag. He also folded her clothse that I had shoved in there and put them in nice and neat for me just the help with the trip."
