"11/2022 My daughter went for an alignment after $1800.00 of work on her car. CODY told her she needed $1400.00 worth of work before they would align her car. I had her car brought back and lifted and checked again by 2 very competent mechanics. Nothing needed to be done. I called and talked to CODY, at Seaway.He was rude, unprofessional and tried to tell me that obviously my mechanic knew nothing. The more I talked to people the more I became aware that this seems to happen often. She is scheduled with another alignment place who will be providing a condition report. If this condition report comes back fine and alignment is done, I believe this to be a fraudulent action. If the owner would like to reach out to me, I would gladly entertain communications. FYI, daughter just had alignment at a reputable place with NO ISSUES. BE VERY AWARE of this Company."
"The Manager challenged me to a physical fight because I made a comment about lack of upfront pricing. The guy went out of his way to undo the work he did, just to make life difficult on me and "teach me a lesson" about complaining, even when I told him I'd just pay for it and not to undo the work. I'd be embarrassed to have this man working for me."
