"Told that quality OEM coils would be installed and was charged $95 each, for a total $285. Instead 3 cheap coils with no name on part other than part#5112 which I found is a brand called Karin STI which I never heard of and found on ebay/Amazon $25 each for total cost $75 were installed back in 2020. The coil that failed had only 24,000 miles, when coils should last to 90K miles. Comment: New owner claims problem occured under previous owner, however I recall him telling me when I brought my car in 8/2020 oem quality parts would be installed. I questioned him about the cheap parts and he told me he had no idea what parts were being installed back then and all the paperwork is gone with old owner, However when I first called him about the problem he was able to look my repair order up quickly. I had to spend $680 at another service station to troubleshoot and have a new coil installed due to the failure of the cheap coil that was installed. Plus my son missed two days of work. New Owner however gave me $100 for my troubles, which is not much since / got ripped off over $200 on cheap parts and had to pay for another expensive repair $680"

"I went to the gas station this morning, 7:00 am, Friday, June 3. I went to the full serve island. The gentleman came, he had a Bolla Market Shirt on, and I told him I wanted regular, fill it up, cash. He said to me "give me the money." I asked how can I give you the money, if I do not know how much it will be. he said he did not have the gas card. So I asked what do i do. he said "go home". I decided to give him $40.00 to put gas in my car. I always go to this gas station, because everyone is nice. I do not know why this man was nasty."

"Rudy is the man! Nobody runs a gas station better than him. His brother Tim who manages the auto shop is a great & honest guy. As always they’re the best around!"

"Brought my very-used Mercedes in for a Check Engine light. In the past, when I used to go to MB Dealership, never left with a bill under $3K. Tim checked the code and it pointed to a blower for my catalytic converter. He informed me it could be costly, but would not know for sure until he visually inspected. Turned out to be a loose wire and although now it was working, I instructed him to replace wiring anyway. I like having someone I can trust. No more dealership for me."

"Everyone needs someone they can trust. This is extremely true when it comes to their mechanic. Sadly Gasoline Heaven's is not. I brought my car in for an inspection and was told I needed my brakes replaced in order for my inspection to pass. What I did was told them to change them then leave my old brake pads for me. I then brought my old pads to the dealership for a second option. They told me that my pads were only half worn and in order to fail inspection the pad/ceramic need to be worn down to the metal. Gasoline Heaven being dishonest, took advantage of my situation where I needed my inspection passed. They have lost my future business and their credibility."
