"BE AWARE!!!! It’s $30/overnight if you stay at the Insignia hotel, but you MUST leave before 12 PM on the date you check out. Otherwise they will charge you so much extra. They won’t tell you about it. They have that posted on the cashier window but there are like 9 other poster there so you won’t really pay attention to it unless you read them all. Won’t recommend!!!! We left 2 hours late and were charged for another $30."

"The service is not good and the price is expensive. It charges $7 per hour for 7 seats and an additional $6. In fact, parking spaces are charged for various ways. Flushing only costs $25 for a day and night. The Fuzhou administrator didn't find the problem by himself. The reason is the fault of the guests. I suggest you try not to go to this parking lot."

"When we were picking up the car, the staff working here scratched our vehicle, and everyone present heard the sound of the scratches. However, the driver refused to admit it, claiming he didn't scratch our car. We suggested checking the security cameras, but they refused to cooperate. After we called the police and waited for about two hours, their supervisor offered an apology on behalf of the staff to expedite the situation. However, they still denied damaging our car. It has been nearly three hours now, and we are still waiting for the police to arrive."
