"It’s never open when it says it’s supposed to. I vê gone there at 7:15 when they’re supposed to open at 6 and nothing. workers inside the service and they dont even have the curtesy to come out and say that Noones there to put gas. They just watch you for however long you’re there"

The service here is much better than the service at my car dealership. Mark is as friendly as he is efficient. His quality of work is unsurpassed and he always finishes in a timely fashion. "I cannot say enough about the service provided by this BP station!! Mark will forever be our guardian angle. En route to a production shoot - 8 hrs away in Erie, PA. - our vehicle started to make horrible sounds just outside the city. The next exit was Union, NJ. We had delayed our departure, as our cat had been failing - and that morning we made the difficult decision to lay her to rest. It was turning into quite the day... It was just after 1pm, and the 1st service station we stopped at had just closed. He suggested the BP, although was worried they closed at 1pm, also. They had, but Mark agreed to take a listen then confirmed the check-engine message. Looked like an engine coil. He agreed to stay and fix. (Thank goodness he had the parts!) Replaced a spark plug, as well...and topped off our oil. We were on the road again by 330pm. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Mark had not helped us, that day. We had a car full of film equipment and only the next morning to shoot the iconic TV & Film actress; Adrienne Barbeau, for a new TV show we're developing. The car rental places we called, were also closed at 1pm. He really was our last hope. As I said to Mark, before we departed... "Life is about paying it forward". These small acts of kindness make a difference. Good karma comes back. THIS is what America is all about. Community. THANK YOU, Mark!! - Peggy, Chris, Alan and Adrienne."
