"I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are the worst. No professionalism, no human decency, just all around a bad place. Went to the Barclay center for an event, got back to the garage and they were closed during open hours of operation. I ended up not being able to retrieve my vehicle until the next morning. The staff didnt even try to make the situation better and acted like they knew nothing about hours of operation which is posted all over the place, and why there wasn't any staff available. How do you do that to a person. Please beware!"
"Seriously it should be 0 stars. The convenience of the place it’s a get go especially for people who want to attend events at Barclays nearby, but it’s not worth the less price. Came back from an event and had to wait for 40+ min because it was only one person handling all. Don’t bother! Spend a little more elsewhere without the stress than this."
"Terrible place should be 0 stars .Made a reservation weeks ago and paid , got to the lot and the man working very rudely said to get out lot was full . Said to call main number and get money back which would take at least a few days. Drove 4 hours in so my son could see his favorite teams play and ended up missing game after trying 6 other lots that were all full . Absolutely unorganized unprofessional chaos."
"This place is terrible. I drove down the ramp to park my car and was told AFTER I was corralled in by vehicles behind me that if I did not have a reservation I could not park there and I needed to "Get Out". THERE WAS NO SIGN ON THE STREET LEVEL STATING THAT IF YOU DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PARK. The attendant was rude and disrespectful. I was embarrassed and humiliated for about half an hour before I could get my car the hell out of there. It is poorly run and disorganized. I will not make the mistake of attempting to park there again. Plenty of other options in the area. Chose another place!"
"We've been parking monthly here for ten months. Service has always been excellent and the attendant always courteous. Ten months with no scratches or dings is a personal record for NYC parking garages as well. They almost always have only one person working, and although he's great, the one time I've seen them slammed is the night of a Nets game, so be sure to give them advance notice for a pickup, and plan extra time for a drop off if there's an event."
