"Cash only and bring a watch. The only thing with power is the security arm that lets cars in and out. Even the ticket dispenser and clock are not working, There is a man who will log you in and out manually. I was shorted a $1 at exit because he didnt have change. Some annoyances but it serves as a parking lot fine."
