"Pathetic excuse for a parking garage. They will literally treat you like you don't exist. There's nobody waiting outside or in the garage when you pull in. They're always sleeping and if you do somehow manage to find them they're obtuse and unprofessional. If you park anywhere else you won't have this problem. Zero stars. Bell Slip parking is the same so don't tell me Brookfield's Building Management has nothing to do with it!"

"Had a spot here for a few months and from start to finish it was awful. My car was never on time, EVER. The staff turnaround was crazy, there was no professional management whatsoever, and in the end they caused over $2K worth of damage to my car. They did reimburse me for it but I cancelled my monthly spot and have to say it is great feeling to now know that I can get into my car without a hint of anxiety."

"DO NOT PARK HERE. They lure you in with valet parking, but the car is never ready on time. And when they scratched my car one morning, they promised me that their insurance would take care of it. But when they time came, they forged documents and make it look like my car was already damaged. This made me reconsider living in Greenpoint, because the only other parking is on the street. If you do absolutely have to use their service, then you have to take a video of your car and the card they give you every single time. Then check your car carefully. As soon as you notice damage - turn your camera on and start recording. This is really sad =("
