"Drivers do not come here, this is how most other companies don’t think about drivers, they will hold you up all day and they are not interested in anything, neither your logbook nor your working hours, they think that we are dogs who can sit in their houses, taking the keys from the truck when it's 110 F outside, how can such a big country like the USA not do something about it, we are people and have families, children are waiting for us at home."

"I arrived at 10 am and at 2 pm they gave me the door. I don't know how many more hours I'll be here. I just want to inform you that it's inhumane that you have to turn off the truck and give them the keys so that you melt from the heat inside the truck. It's turned off while they load you. The temperature is 98 degrees. Good luck here, but I don't like this place at all. I'm leaving now, I was here for 6 hours."

"Super slow. Appointment at 11, checked in at 10, got bills back at 14:10. Large and wide lot with a plenty of parking though."

"Shipper is super slow. Checked in at 10am. Waited for 30 min in the office to get checked in (guy was fixing the printer for 20 min). Spend 3h waiting for the door and 3 1/2 h to get loaded. There were 20 trucks waiting and 5 trucks loading when I left. Have to drive 12h straight to get to my apt next day. Crazy!"

"I am an otr driver and I love going here to the (FREDONIA Warehouse)if going to (Carriage warehouse be ready to sit for 4-8 hours) on same property. The (Fredonia Warehouse) have an awesome staff, ladies in the office at check in are absolutely amazing, always friendly and welcoming. They have a breakroom you can sit in with tables and vending machines. They also have a clean bathroom for us to use. The docks are super easy, literally a straight back, and they also allow us to park on the property out of the way if we run out of DOT hours. They are quick to load the truck and get you rolling, they are safety oriented, they make you turn in keys after bumping the dock for their own safety."
