"The massage chair was amazing for the neck down to the glutes along the spine. It definitely relieved all the tension. Cindy’s recommendation was definitely right. It was worth every penny."

"Thanks to my priority pass, I was able to give this a try while I was waiting for my flight at JFK Terminal 5. I got to the airport around 8am so at that time it wasn't very busy. I added myself to the waiting list cause no one was at the front desk, but as soon as someone saw my "help me I'm lost" eyes, he scanned my Priority pass and hooked it up for me! I did the massage chair service for a half an hour which was nice to do before a 5 hour flight. As far as chair massages go, it was one of the better ones I've experienced. After I was done, I got up and went about my morning. I'm excited to come back and try the other experiences Be Relax has to offer in other airports."

"I entered my correct cellphone number in their waitlist system and their system failed to text me, which I proved to the woman by showing her my phone. She called her manager & asked if she could put me in an “upgraded” chair that was free or I would miss my flight. I had to debate with him before he agreed to waive the $10 upgrade charge. In contrast, yesterday a doctor who works for me screwed up & didn’t recognize that a patient’s cornea was too thin for LASIK, so would need CXL to strengthen the cornea so it would be safe for me to operate on with LASEK. The price of the additional CXL is $4000. I told the patient I’d give him that additional $4000 CXL for free, because as an ethical physician and owner of Park Avenue LASEK, I was more concerned about his eyes than my wallet. So I gave him a $4000 “make good” without him even having to ask! The massage chairs are ok but the customer service is horrible. They’re supposed to be offering a relaxing service, but don’t seem to understand that many people in an airport will be nervous about missing their flight. So they really shouldn’t debate with people about basic customer service etiquette and a $10 “make good”"

"Loved getting my nails done at Be Relax during a long layover! Alla was so friendly and wonderful, and did a great job with my manicure. I was super tired after coming off a red eye the night before and Alla's great vibes really lifted my spirits. I left feeling relaxed and re-energized. Thank you so much for the pampering and for your kindness, Alla, and for introducing me to Dazzle Dry nails!! :)"
