"We came here for the first time I enjoyed the scrub and the massage. What irritated me that there were no directions of what to do when it was my first time there like I mentioned. The place I cannot say that is super clean or dirty. It was average I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get shorts and a T-shirt. I had to ask her in the end. They also didn’t give me a toothbrush until I asked I felt like everything I needed it I had to ask for not sure why if it should be given to me in the beginning when I enter. They also don’t provide you with slippers or normal size towels it’s really small towels. I would’ve brought my own towel and slippers. I also felt like my scrub was a bit painful because I did not soak in the sauna long enough. I did enjoy the scrub and the massage, but I also felt like everything was just a rush, rush, rush.."

"Been here 10+ times. Affordable and basic. The one time I stayed longer in the shower because I was very tired and wanted to relax, I lost track of time. A bald receptionist employee was rude and accused me of wasting water and to go to the bath to relax. He wasn't wrong but he was rude and controlling. He told me he didn't want me as a customer anymore and paid me back. He could've politely said something but instead lost a repeat customer for life."

"I visited today first time this facility. My friend's friend highly recommended as affordable and still great service. Jean who did the massage and body scrub was great, 13 years experience. Punda, the owner I think at the front desk was very sweet. It is a clean place and I liked their smoothie too! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for your service!"

"I never come here unless I go with my grandmother, but every time I’ve been here, people have always been kind and friendly towards her. They treat her so well, to the point where I wish they were a part of her life every day. She gets the hour scrub massage, where they take the green towel and scrub away all the dead skin on your body. Miss Lee, the lady who we always call ahead for, is phenomenal. She looks after my grandmother in a way that exceeds expectations. The saunas on the 2nd floor are okay, nothing special. There are multiple resting areas throughout upstairs and you’d be lucky to find one without someone snoring heavily in there, yet alone an empty one. This spa is a lot smaller to Sojo Spa, and Spacastle, but it’s homey and seems like a perfect fit for my grandmother. I mainly lounge around in the lobby or upstairs in the TV room while I wait for her massage to be done."
