"I usually will come here if I just need a quick car wash and I’m nearby but I don’t know if I can go back. When I got into the car wash the lights were flickering intensely, and as someone who’s epileptic, this was probably the worst situation for me to be in. I tried calling but no luck, I just don’t want others to be in a similar situation."
"Incredibly frustrating to spend $14 on a car wash and I have one side of the machines malfunction and leave your car completely covered in soap. What might be even more frustrating is the inability to get a hold of anybody to let them know that their machines are malfunctioning so they can fix it and to try to get a refund but they're probably not going to even give me a refund if they get back in touch with me because the pay machine doesn't print out receipts. I have been calling the numbers listed on all three car washes in the Binghamton/vestal area for 2 days with no answer. I would only recommend this car wash if you only need one side of your car washed."
