"I was here tonight and was shocked at how absolutely filthy the place was . The floor needed to be swept and some day they gotta Mop with water , bathroom Mens room was disgusting and clearly hasn't been touched in a long time . Then there's the smell. Yes I understand why but there's alot of ways to vent the place or add some fresh air . All the Kids had a blast jumping and playing"
"Second time celebrating my son's birthday here, and they take care of everything. Really is a great place to have kids birthdays. They all have lots of fun, the communication with us as parents was great. They are very accommodating. If you book a room with them all you have to bring is the cake, they provide the silverware and food if you choose to have that. Honestly it's great. And adults join in on the fun as well."
"Grandchildren visit from Illinois. Described DEFY as an amazing place. They didn't want to leave. I didn't either. Highly recommended, even though there is no rock wall. I feel DEFY needs one there then they'd be complete."
"Staff were helpful but to charge that much for a mega vip bday package and then have to deal with the people there outside our party group, was seriously annoying. The package included a 15 min special event that the bday boy was to pick. He was able to go twice as everyone in there was in line for his thing. Smh. Nice place I guess, kids had fun. Not worth the price for a birthday event. Oh and tried to give my son a pink party RM for his 13th. Said they are gender neutral. What in the actual F. HE is 13!!! I appreciated them giving us a new RM tho. But come on!!! Side note, in responding to DEFYS response - I spoke with someone multiple times confirming times and what colors we preferred. I was never once offered an option for a private party. You guys dropped the ball on this one. No excuses. Just own it."
"This place was great. My husband and I were in the Binghamton area for work with our kids. DEFY was perfect for a rainy day outing. My kids loved it. The area was clean and comfortable. Many different courses they are challenging and fun. The staff was amazing fun. I love the observer band they gave me so I could walk around and keep an eye on my kids. We will definitely be returning."
