"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! *** UPDATE*** - I love how you respond with asking me to call you when I wrote this review AFTER I met with you and you told me that it wasn’t your wash that scratched it. Acting like you have good customer service. What a joke. Also, after canceling my monthly wash you still charged my account and I had to call and get that taken care of too. I had first brought my car here starting in March. I thought it was a great deal and convenient to start. Over time I had noticed a few small scratches from the wash, but wasn’t overly concerned. A few weeks ago I came out of the wash to find my vehicle damaged. Filled out a report with the guy working and was told I would hear from a manager. I emailed the manager and heard back the following day saying they had to review video footage. I was asked to meet with the district manager today so he could look at the damage. I met with someone who I don’t believe was even the district manager who said he’s been doing this for 20 years and proceeded to tell me there was NO WAY his car wash could have done that to my car. I was told that someone must have backed into me. Please tell me how someone backing into me could make swirly marks that are clearly from something mechanical? He told me he was looking for a reason to write me a check, but couldn’t find one. This place is a joke. If you don’t want a damaged vehicle I would stay away from this wash. They will take zero responsibility for the damages done."

"This is a great car wash place. Staff is always friendly. They have plenty of service stations where you can vacuum your car and these have cleaning cloths as well as air hoses to blow dry excess water. A few of the spots have free air machines for your tires. They also have a mat room for floor mats. There is an automatic wash and dry for flat carpeted mats and a sink with cleaner and scrub brush for all othes."

"Always pleasant at the tellers, asking for upgrades and offering to hand buff cars for an additional fee, love the mat room ( wish all locations had) and the air pressure device to get into crevices. The free air for low Tires is a bonus as well. My only recommendation would be to have a vending machine for air freshets and window cleaning products, or interior wipes… other then that always clean!"

"Managers are amazing at this location they go above and beyond anytime I visit this car wash. Also the wash does a great job and can't beat free vacuums and air guns. Highly recommend stopping here if your in the area."
