"I came in for an extraction of two teeth, the process was so seamless and it didn’t hurt at all. I don’t know if I got lucky or what but there was zero wait time and the procedure itself was over within 15 minutes. She even offered to exam past X-rays for me to provide her opinion on something my dentist said. I was nervous based on some reviews but my experience was great. Her and her staff was phenomenal"
"Dr. Oana 2 years ago extracted my root and placed an implant. She charged me $650 more for the same work that a reputable and honest dentist would charge. I chose dr. Oana because my dentist, now retired, recommended her. I found dr. Oana greedy, unorganized, and unprofessional. She failed to instruct me how to take care of an implant She said nothing after the procedure! Since I did not know I was grinding my theeth during the night [she saw it on the original x- ray and did not tell me to wear a night guard], also, I was water flossing. That caused the bone loss. I saw a few specialists and I was told that as a result of it I lost good portion of the bone and now I need to start everything from the begining; bone graft, new implant, new crown. Despite all of that she wanted to charge me $ 300 for a consultation! Stay away!"
"Dr. Oana is a very caring doctor, I had two extractions and my two visits to the office were pretty smooth including my surgery. Staff are very caring as well, the only reason I give 4 stars is because during payment I was charge From my packet because my insurance doesn’t cover the entire procedure which is not a problem for me, but I would love to know with specification if it was a fee or if I was paying for each extraction + consultation etc. This can be helpful for patients and brings more clarification during payments. Other than that, my experience with her was great and would come back to her if I needed it in the future."
"Dr. Oana is a remarkable oral surgeon. Despite an extensive procedure, I suffered no pain or discomfort during or after an extraction and bone graft. She was completely attentive, explained everything in detail. Dr. Oana's office is a warm and welcoming place, reflecting her qualities as a physician and person. Yes, she is more expensive than other doctors who advertise on the web. I am happy to pay slightly more for an extraordinary doctor."
