"I wish I could give zero stars. First off the receptionist Tammie was rude. I told her that I was in the hospital and that was why I missed my appt. She said they called the day before and left a vmail. I told her I did not have a phone. She told the “they have phones in the hospital” wow! Here I was sick and really wasn’t thinking about calling an ORAL SURGEON. She said I forfeit my deposit. When asked if I could make another appt she said I would have to put in another deposit. “That is why you sign the contract” I could not believe how rude she was. Especially her tone of voice she gave me. I told her I would never go back and would make sure anyone I know finds out and not go there. You all could have had my service. Oh well"
"Dr. Bhandari was amazing and took care of my two broken teeth very quickly. He talked me through the entire process and was very concerned for any discomfort I was in. Within a week of having a consult I was scheduled for the extraction. Amazing experience."

"I wanted to start by saying Dr. Bhandari was wonderful. He was kind and explained everything going on very well. He made me feel very at ease. However, the office staff was rude and unprofessional. There were red flags from the start, before I arrived at the office. I have a complex issue going on that has already required two surgeries from an ENT. My ENT called Dr. Bhandari and spoke with him, and then called me. My ENT reassured me that even though this office didn't take my insurance (something I had made clear I was very concerned about), I would be taken care of since I had no choice but to go as soon as possible. I have an open wound on my face that was believed to be in relation to a dental issue and a severe infection that has been going on since October. The office staff called to schedule the appointment, telling me my ENT had referred me and letting me know when the appointment was. They did relay at the time that they did not take my insurance, but I had assumed this had been discussed and wasn't worried. It is also on their website in more than one location that they offer payment plans in special circumstances and the office manager can be spoken to when needed. Despite the office calling me and telling me I had been referred, they called the week before my appointment and told me that they were going to cancel the appointment because they did not have my registration (I had submitted it but I assume I probably forgot a button or something), referral or X-Rays. But they had called me saying I had been referred and knew I'd had a CT scan, not X-Rays. I called to clear this up and they said they were just "confused" and all was actually well. After that conversation, I called again and asked if they offered payment plans. Of course, they did say they typically do not, but as I explained my circumstances, I was again, assured that I'm not the only person to not have insurance and in certain circumstances they have different options and such. I felt assured and went in for my appointment today. At the end, she said I owed $314. For the record, I was not given a quote ahead of time or given the option of receiving one ahead of time. I also was not told what the scan they did at their office would cost, or that they would do one. They did not ask me if I wanted it or if I could pay for it. I gave her my card, knowing and warning her I didn't have the funds. She asked if I could go get whoever was with me and ask them if they could pay for it. I didn't have anyone with me. I asked if they could bill it or do a payment plan. I could have easily paid it off over two or three weeks. They said they'd have to ask the doctor, left, and came back to tell me I needed to pay in full at the time the service was rendered. No options were offered. The receptionist then said something to the effect of, "I'm confused because we make all patients aware of this before they come in so they can decide whether or not they want to come in." I had - once again - no choice and was referred to ONLY this doctor by my doctor. I told them this and also told them I had been reassured on the phone that they had options available. The other receptionist joined in and said, "No, you were not told that. I made your appointment, and you were absolutely not told that." I had no reason to lie about it and was quoted on the phone almost verbatim what is on their website, so it was obvious that I HAD been told that. And remember, the appointment was made with my ENT office, and they had already forgotten that conversation and tried to cancel my appointment due to their "confusion" that I needed a referral and X-Ray when I had already gotten referred and CT scan. They made me apply for care credit, which was declined, and then watched me call around begging my family members for a loan before I could leave. It was humiliating and now I get to pay bills late because they lied, gaslit me, and couldn't wait 2-3 weeks for me to pay over time. $300 isn't much to them, but it made a big difference for me today. Don't recommend."
