"Hygienist was awesome. But I have a bad experience for recement of my crown. My crown was from another dentist. Before recement, Aspen dentist told me that he couldn't guarantee that the crown would stay there forever. It probably falls again in a couple of months. I accepted this. But no one told me that it would fall within 12 hours. It fell the same day Aspen put it back when I used tooth floss according to their instructions. I complained to Aspen but they refused to refund me or put it back for free one more time. This is really ridiculous. I know it probably falls in a couple of months but it shouldn't fall again within 12 hours after recement."

"Good service so far. I have always been cautious of franchise businesses like this one. But we are gonna give them a try. I have extensive dental work to do and we'll see how their service progresses. Friendly staff. Some are hard to understand. Just smile and nod."

"I would have given a full five stars, had the lady Tech, that took care of me when I first went in, been a little gentler. Not only was she rough and poked me with your fingernail twice in the roof of my mouth, she was rude about it as well. Aside from her, everybody has been amazing and very helpful."
