"I researched and located this office, affiliated with Affordable Dentures & Implants, for my sister. She resides about 50 miles from their Vestal office. She setup an appointment for an initial consultation for 1:00PM on October 12th. She arrived about a 1/2 hour early. Due to Covid, she was instructed to phone the office when she arrived. She called the office phone number around 12:50pm from her car parked in their parking lot. No one answered the phone. She left a message stating that she is out in the parking lot and was waiting for someone from the office to call her. No one called. At 1:15pm she called the office number again and someone answered the phone. My sister explained that she called earlier and left a message since no one answered the phone. The person on the phone then proceeded to tell my sister that she was late for her appointment! My sister stated she was not late and arrived about 1/2 hour early. My sister asks the person, if she will be able to see the dentist or would she need to make another appointment. At this point the person who was speaking to my sister hung up the phone! My sister has never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally as she was treated by this person. She was crying and in tears when she called me. She is owed an apology and that individual who spoke to my sister needs to be severely reprimanded or fired! I would give this office zero stars if allowable!"
