"Us New Yorkers know good bagels ! This establishment is ON POINT ! The bagels are so fresh and soft . Try the chicken salad on everything bagel ! It’s Like my grandma made it back in the day . Friendly staff …. Let’s put it this way . I live in Manorville 4.7 miles away from said establishment. . I have a bagel store literally 3/4 mile down the road and I’ll travel the 4.7 to get QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY. I wish them loooooong term s success and are around FOR VERY LONG TIME! It’s definitely not easy to find establishments that you know what you’re going to receive each time. In my picture you’ll notice some chopped tomatoes that’s because I add them."
"One of the best bagels in the area! The staff are friendly despite being so busy. They were really busy yet they let me edit my order couple of times and my order was big so really happy with their service and their bagels are so good and freshly made. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese and asked for extra bacon with everything bagel ofcorse and they made it perfect! Definitely will return!"
"Amazing the inconsistencies of this place. Bagel extra butter....bone dry. Onion bagel burnt. My sons bagel has almost no butter on it. One week the bagels are regular size next week they are small. I come here weekly. All the good folks from the previous ownership have left. Some of the new people are nice buy are under constant attack from the manager / owner that I see on Sundays. It's a shame what it's become. Luckily I didn't have to be there when the bald guy with glasses is constantly yelling at his staff. I think this is the last straw."
