"This place was really good! They’re very quick and the workers are kind. There is also some seating inside despite it being “to go.” Highly recommend for better quality fast food!"
"I got home started feeding my kids I noticed that there was a bunch of feathers still attached to one of the wings, so I proceeded to call the store because this is an issue and godforbid someone had choked on it. The call was automatically escalated to the Shirley, NY manager Amber, and when I inform her of my issues she said “we don’t have to look through the wings and check for feathers, and we do not have to remove them”. With that being said your going to tell me that the food went from the freezer to the cooker then from the cooker to the sauces and not a single person noticed and could have A either removed them or B replaced it out with another wing. As soon as I said so you’re telling me that feathers are now edible; instead of her trying to remedy the situation she took the lazy route and hung up. DO NOT EAT HERE! because if they’re too lazy to remove feathers off of chicken that they are feeding ppl that means that they’re probably not cleaning the kitchen correctly either."
"Before I arrived I was told by one of the workers that they were giving a free 6piece wings and a 10$ gift card to the first 30 customers. I arrived as the 24th customer but did not receive the free wings or gift card. I order a 6 piece boneless lemon pepper and that was it. I was told it would take 10minutes. Over 25 minutes later my wings still were not ready and every time I asked for an update I was told my order was being finished. Mind you several folks came in after me and ordered way more than I ordered and they received their food before me and under 10 minutes. Service was horrible and the wings were cold and not fully covered in the lemon pepper sauce. Very disappointing."
"I got 15 boneless wings and a “Large” order of cheese curd, wings taste good but were extremely small and there were barely any cheese curds considering it was a large. Other BWW locations give more cheese curds in the large orders"
