"I ordered 2 rotisserie footling subs. After getting home I seen there was practically no chicken on them all all especially being a footlong should have 6 ounces f chicken according to there chart. I went back and asked for this to be corrected because amd physically showed them how there was more bread showing then anything. They would not correct the problem and kept stumbling over eachother. I was even told the chicken shrinks alot when it's heated up and that's why it looks like nothing is on them. Funny thing is the bacon barly looked cooked at all so figure this one out lmao. Eventually they agreed to do a refund and printed our a receipt that did not say refund. I kept questioning why it didn't say "refund" and that I don't think this correct. They just kept assuring me it went through and that it was right. Well I was lied to and even after contacting corporate they do not care to even respond back about this and what I would call now theft now. Be carefully going here as you can see from other reviews I am not the only one who has been a victim of this locations greed in some way."
"Person making the sandwich does not listen carefully to food being made. Lettuce was old and yellow as if it was 4 days old, spinach was all mushed and looked old. They have barrier blocking their meats now where you can't see what they have. I asked why and in respond pretty much said not my concern. They shredded chicken doesn't look like chicken.. almost like cat food out a can. Go to the center moriches subway instead"
"Th new owners are just awful! We went in and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches. On the 2 Italian we asked for the oil & Vin on the side. They had the nerve to charge us $1 and rang it up as a cookie sale. Last time I checked oil & Vin came free on your sandwich so because I didn't want my sandwich soggy they charged to put it on the side. They said that they can give me 1 oil & Vin side free. But I ordered 2 foot long. These people are ridiculous. We were dumb enough to go back and same thing. Lost a customer now."
"Ordered a BLT with extra lettuce extra tomato extra cucumber & american cheese. The bacon was undercooked, and there were no extra vegetables, no cucumbers, no american cheese."
