"Closed far earlier than the listed hours- very annoying. If the hours are supposed to be until 3am, it should be open until 3am."
"I came here to order for my family and once I got my food I didn’t think it was mine because there was a coke I didn’t order but the staff said it was mine so I took it. When I began to take out the food I saw that the sauces I ordered with it weren’t there, not even the ketchup. But thats not it. It was missing a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders and my burger was supposed to have jalapeños in it. Yet I have to pay for the missing food. So the main reason I gave this place 1 star is because they were missing multiple things in my order. Also I had to wait 11 minutes to get my food."
"I was literally ordering at the drive through and i wasnt even nasty at all. The person over the mic refused to serve me because i asked for a egg burrito. Meanwhile on the site, on the menu its literally just put down as burrito. The women on mic said “this isn't a diner.” Then they ignored me. Yet Its not under breakfast on the site. Whoever was on the mic definitely never had someone knock the spit out of their mouth. It might not be me but there is someone always out there, especially if you speak like that to people for zero reason.i bet their parents are so proud to raise a disgusting pig."
"Ashame because I like the food here. It's unfortunately so unsanitary. They allow homeless people to sleep in the booths. Last week one was on top of garbage bags and I found a filthy sock dangling from under my seat. It had a bar of soap in it for these dregs to use the bathrooms as their bathing place. I don't feel comfortable here. Fast food isn't cheap anymore either. Even if it was that doesn't mean a family should be sharing the eating establishment with homeless people who are now using it as their sleep facilities and bathing facilities. Only the establishment can stop it and it seems they don't. I watched employees walk right past the sleeping bum like it's commonplace. It needs to stop."
