"We were able to enjoy the “soft opening” of Emerald Coffee Co. it was absolutely beautiful! We had a s’mores latte a hot and iced and 3 lemonades a peach and 2 blue raspberry for my kids! All products were organic and they take into consideration the health of their customers! No artificial sweeteners and real cane sugar in the lemonades which I love as we have an allergy to artificial sweeteners. Definitely will be back!"

"This is my first review of a coffee/truck. I must admit never been impressed enough to do so....until NOW!! I first tried the lemonade. They have so many flavors to add if you choose. I got the blue raspberry. Delicious!! I also got a shaken espresso. Made with vanilla syrup and sweet cream. AMAZING!! My husband got the iced smores latte and he loved it!! We also tried the chocolate chip cookie which was out of this world! Our order was out quick and with a smile!! One sip and you know they are using quality products. Prices were extremely good for the quality. If you see this truck you need to try it!"
