"Awful Experience several times at this location. Kid this morning was not only late by 1/2 hr but extremely rude. When I asked for a rental car for 6 days. He lied and said “sold out” when I actually called the main line to book a reservation and they said they had plenty at that location. Never again"
"These people didn’t rejected my corporate discount because I didn’t have my work ID on me. I had to rebook the reservation as at a standard rate. Then the car they gave me was filthy inside and out. They asked me to give it a car wash and they’ll reimburse for the service but not my time. Complete jokers. The was not safe to drive as it had mechanical problems."

"I rent cars on a monthly basis here, sometimes for work and sometimes for leisure. The staff, especially Suliman is always professional and super helpful. He is knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I have tried other rental companies on staten island but this location wins! They also always have great cars and in great conditions! Highly recommend!"
"Firstly, the customer service people were kind & answered any questions I may have had. Having said that, I was in a hurry & had no time to waste getting the vehicle home to pack for a long vacation with the wife & kids. So when I picked up the vehicle & drove it home, it was only then when I realized how much cleaning, vacuuming and sanitizing I needed to do to get this vehicle into the LEAST condition I would normally expect to find from ANY reputable car rental dealership who claims to do All of what I mentioned above. Being that it was a long trip, I also needed to bring my own means of emergency items that are NOT , but SHOULD BE included with the price of the rental. A lug wrench, a jack, gloves, flashlight, and since there is NO SPAIR TIRE... a tire repair kit and portable electric air compressor. So after cleaning this gross vehicle, I then packed it & used it on my long drive. It drove well, especially since it was a 2022 Pacifica. I did not use the in dash map because just CHARGING my phone caused my phone to be taken over by the vehicles apps & blue tooth & couldn't even use my own ear buds to listen to my own pod casts. During the trip, the oil change notification came on (not very comforting) & the brakes quickly began to feel like they should have been serviced a few thousand miles prior. But the most annoying & frustrating thing that had to be dealt with by the Front passenger the ENTIRE TRIP was the E-ZPASS HOLDER MOUNTED ON THE WINDSHIELD DIRECTLY IN THE LINE OF SIGHT OF THE FRONT PASSENGER (IN THIS CASE, MY WIFE WHICH DID NOT MAKE HER HAPPY, THE ENTIRE TRIP. When we inquired about this the day before when visiting the location to check on our status & vehicle, the cust. Service rep., said that he couldn't help it & that all the vehicles were THAT WAY. But as we walked through the lot looking at all the other rental vehicles, we were unable to find another with the same condition.Overall I wondered if the location convenience was worth it."
