Advantage Rent A Car

"This branch stole my wallet, all my money cash, my credit cards and everything, i’ve been calling them, sending them emails, calls again and again nobody has ever reached out to me with a solution, we will take legal actions because at this point it is just ridiculous!!"

"This place is a scam. I left my fuel full and they still charge me 60 dollars. When the car itself gets filled with 40. They are scammers don’t work with them. Trust me!"

"First was the bit of a wait. Then our turn, we get told they don't have the type of car we reserved and the only car they had was a compact car. I said that was fine but I didn't want to pay the price for the higher level car and get a compact. They said that would require a manager to approve, and there would not be a manager in for several hours ( how can you operate without a manager on duty?). Of course no one has time to wait hours for a manager, so we chose to rent the compact at the higher rate as opposed to sitting and waiting on another car to come in or a manager for hours. The car was fine for the rental time. After the rental we tried to get in touch with someone who could adjust the bill, but no one ever responded back to any of our requests. I just chalked it up to a life lessen learned, always pay for the cheapest rental car and let them "upgrade" you for free because they don't have the type of car you rented. At least you cant get downgraded."

"*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY * We waited OVER two hours in line. Once we finally got to the counter they aggressively attempted to get us to upgrade our vehicle on our dime. Latter we found out they were out of the vehicle we had rented and had to upgrade us for free. My car rental was 125 , we took nothing extra and were charged 385. When questioned they stated it was taxes and fees. I asked for a receipt and they said the printer is broken they would email it. The receipt had 64 dollars in prepaid tolls and 84 for insurance we declined. The car was great but there isn’t any point two hours in a hot line and unwanted, unapproved extra charges are ok."

"DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM! On the day I rented the car, the car stopped working, it had a tire problem that they refused to fix, and they don’t have a direct contact to talk to them and the road side assistance said it wasn’t their problem. You’re paying to be treated like garbage. They also charged me $105 for 35 minutes late on the return when they should have the grace period. Which when I return the car they said I would have an email about the return which never happened, when I saw my credit card bill I called them and they said it was too late for resolving the issue. They don’t resolve any issues. The car was dirty and it smelled really bad."
