Budget Car Rental

"Disappointing and very rude staff. They made people wait long time even they have reservations. Even though I had a reservation, they had made me waited 2.5 hours and gave me a wrong car that didn’t meet my request. I reserved a minivan of 7 passengers, but they gave one with 4 passengers and look very bad because one of the back sliding doors has a big dent that makes the car look bad. The staff think that we work for them but in fact they should work for our satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the priority of any company. No matter who you are, they should respect all customers regardless their nationality."

"Took 2.5 hrs wait in the line.. From 530pm to 8pm on Thu August 15 2024. Staff was rude, understaffed, under trained, unprofessional....manager was MIA . There were almost 100 people waiting and cramped into a small room. Felt unhygienic. Run away from this place. Not worth."

"So I am a fast break member so when I walked in I didn't have to wait long. The gentleman that took care of me was pleasant. So the first vehicle I got the tire pressure was showing on the dashboard and one of the tires was in its 20's when it should be in its 30's. Side note the walk to the car is a bit annoying they should have cars right outside the door to make it easier if a customer has to change their car. So when I chose to get another car the gentleman gave me no problem. The second vehicle was just too big. And finally I got the perfect car. Now my only complaint was I had to pay a fee when I got there an accidental prevention fee that I wasn't expecting to pay. Now returning the car was annoying only because I had the car until 11:30pm I got to budget at around 11pm I couldn't enter the rent car lot. I had to get out walk all the way to the budget counter only to find out it had to be returned to Avis luckily I had my mom with me because she was able to watch my daughter. Then I had to rush drive all the way to Avis to return the car. Budget needs a parking lot for customers to come in and handle business. The set up where you have to park and take this long walk wasn't cool. Oh and lastly I was charged a whole other fee that I have no clue about I will be calling today. Oh wait the there's an older Spanish in the lot i believe man he helps get the cars ready for customers was so helpful thank you very much."

"The car was as expected, lovely drive however the disappointment of waiting 3 hrs on the lineup even though you download speed pass, the customer service was super rude, after waiting half an hours already on the fast line she asked me to go do lineup from the beginning. Doesn’t make a sense when the flight is shorter than picking up a car even though you reserved and paid in advance online. Save yourself time and energy and go pick up the car from other location."

"My first time at this location was unpleasant but this second time is the reason why I will NEVER book with Budget again. I had a reservation for 10:30 pm and when I arrived, i found their doors locked and I was directed to Avis (along with 30 other customers), despite their closing time listed as 11:30 pm and receiving an email/text from Budget that I could go directly to my car and drive away. We waited from 10:45 pm to 1:00 am, with the Avis employee stating that we would need to wait until a Budget employee comes and helps us. Finally after 2.25 hours of standing there, the Avis employee somehow (magically?) found a way to get us into cars, 2.5 hours after I was supposed to get my cars."
