"When renting locally, the airports are the locations. I’ve rented here three times and it’s always been a good professional experience. This time. They only had one emerald aisle; they allowed me to rent it one in executive (Mazda CX-5). Cars are clean, well maintained and fully gassed. Easy return. My only item is there is no real lobby. I sat on a bench by the returns as I awaited my ride. No biggie though. Glad I had the bench. Q"

I had accidentally booked the wrong day and, after a 9 hour flight, still had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Although there was no obvious availability, Kevin accommodated me and got me home! "I'm in the emerald club due to my company. I rented a car from JFK several times, and I have to complement the operation. The cars are clean and in good working order. As a member you can just walk straight to your aisle and pick a car. Checking in is quick and painless. I've had nice experiences several times. The staff at the JFK location is great.
