If you want buy a car here, be careful,that is the way they doing business, I bought a new car, got a negative credit????what kind of joke is, don’t spend too much time on the finance department, talk to the big boss and you will get a better rate, be careful, they think you’re a onetime customer."

"To begin with, it was a very BAD experience with the manager, Emmanuel Rodriguez. My family and I visited the Hillside Honda dealership today looking for Honda CRV 2025 model and had a great experience with our sales rep. She was incredibly helpful and professional, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through the process. We were very close to finalizing the deal, but we needed some clarification on a few hidden charges. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when her manager, Emmanuel Rodriguez, got involved. He approached us without any introduction or greeting and immediately started speaking to us in a rude and condescending manner. It was shocking and disappointing to be treated this way, especially after such a positive interaction with our sales rep. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but the manager’s attitude was completely uncalled for. Instead of calmly explaining the charges, he became temperamental and dismissive, even throwing the paperwork and stating that they didn’t need our business. It’s really unfortunate because we were genuinely interested in purchasing the car. Had Mr. Rodriguez been more professional and respectful, we would have likely gone through with the purchase. We’ve never experienced such behavior at any other dealerships, including other Honda locations with our previous purchases. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, starting with better management training."
