"I urge all to stay away from this business. I was heavily defrauded as a first time car buyer and it is now a financial weight to me as a current graduate student. I wish a zero star review was possible. First, they mark up all costs that are legally capped in New York State. Things such as the Doc Fee, License Fee, etc. will be marked up about 5X, without them notifying you of it. This is why they prey on people who take out a loan (my car was purchased partially in cash). They purposely hide these fees to profit off of their customers without their knowledge. Second, they misrepresent their financial reporting to Chase, the bank they use for outstanding car loans. When I caught them, and found that the bill of sale represented to me was far different than what they sent the bank, they were scared of court. It’s sad, because in the beginning I thought I could trust the staff. Never purchase a car here unless you want to pay almost 2X of what they represent to you. No idea how they sleep at night."
"This dealership cannot be trusted. They don't return calls. They ask for a non-refundable deposit before sending a bill of sale. I figured out why. They add a $3k fee for "certified car" certificate that's mandatory. That's how they list their cars so cheap, by adding a bogus fee. They are scammers!"
