"Stay away from this place. 90 minute waits despite week in advance reservations. Refusal to give cars in order when you book. Manager will not help and does not care. 7 customers came in after me. All were given cars while I contued to wait. They do not care. Manny is the manager and can't even keep up with the lies he tells."

"If I could give this location a negative -0 I would. This Enterprise on Hillside Avenue was one of the most disrespectful Enterprise locations in this area. The 2 workers there today 6/13 were both dismissive and completely inconsiderate of everyone’s situation. Both of the workers seem to just not care and I truly believe they probably just want to get fired. We had a reservation for a specific vehicle and after waiting over an hour, finally checking in, the one worker says we don’t have the car you requested but you can wait around to see if someone returns a vehicle. Really! You mean continue to wait with the hopes someone returns a vehicle? Neither worker cared and were so disrespectful of people’s time. I will never rent from Enterprise if I could help it. Steer clear of this location Unless you like to have conflicts and waste your day."

"This location was the worst Enterprise location I have been too. They only have one person working the desk his customer service is superb. But unfortunately he doesn't have help. I had a reservation and it took me 2 hours just to get the car. Once I finally got to the desk and checked in I had to wait for all the other people ahead of me to be helped. Then once it's my turn you pick a car and they have to vacuum them and wash them. I'm not sure why this is not done as soon as the car is returned. I would never go back to this location because I like the process to be smooth and the waiting was a big inconvenience. I will say the car I received was in great condition and very clean, so outside of the wait process everything else was good."

"I must admit that outside of an unexpected wait on a Saturday morning my experience was superb! I received a better vehicle than I originally contracted for with the same price as a lesser vehicle. The Customer Service was professional and the Valet was extremely professional and helped my egress with ease. If it wasn’t a Saturday and an additional 30 minute wait it would have been a 5 star review. My suggestion to other Customers is to make a reservation, confirm your reservation, have your license, credit/debit card in hand, arrive 30 minutes early, and have a $5 to $10 tip for the workers; they’re professional and they work hard to give you more than you desire in a rental car."

"I got a reservation through my insurance company made sure to take pictures of the car and videos before I drove off I noticed scuff on the driver side mirror cap and it looks like there’s two cracks on the windshield. I went back inside and I spoke about it. They said that I’m good I’m just sending this review with the pictures just to protect myself because you never know. I usually get good cars here. And I’m gonna send the emails of my proof of I received the car with those scuffs and windshield crack so when a time comes and they try to deny it, I’m gonna say I already sent the email stating all of this and I spoke to the people inside before I drove off and they said it was OK. In the heads up before you go, they charge under the rage fee if you’re under 25 even if you’re insurance get you the reservation you gotta pay like $20 a day and it’s $4 if you use tolls to somewhere without using your easy pass"
