"strongly advise against choosing this service center for your car needs. Despite booking an appointment a month ahead, upon arrival, I was dismayed to learn of an extended waiting period. Despite my scheduled drop-off, I was informed that my car wouldn't be looked at for several more days. When I questioned this, I was informed of a backlog in their workload. To make matters worse, when I followed up the next week, they couldn't locate my information in their system. Even when I went in person, they had the wrong contact details but still hadn't assessed my vehicle. This was incredibly frustrating as I relied on alternative transportation for myself and my children. After two weeks, they finally diagnosed a sensor issue, promising a swift fix. However, the expected timeframe was once again prolonged. When I called for an update, I was told they couldn't find my details yet again. It wasn't until later, with a different staff member, that I was informed my car was undergoing testing and would soon be ready. My overall experience indicates that this service center is not reliable or efficient, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for car servicing needs."

Traded in my old car, no issues; we took our time and a lot of communications where made.
