"Ok so I will be the most honest and transparent review up here.. This place sells nice cars with low mileage and it’s all sweet when you’re viewing the car prices online. However, when you get to the location and start the buying process, that price you saw online is longgg goneeeee!!! Don’t make the same mistake I made.. Don’t let the nice car blind you from what’s really happening. #1, They will basically force you to finance through them instead of using your own bank. Fat Sam told me that I got denied by every bank including my credit union.. He told me that the only bank that will accept my application is GM financial at 24.99% APR..That was a lie.. He told me that my credit score is a 580.. That was also a lie. In fact I reached out to my credit union the next day and applied for an auto loan.. They approved me for as much as I need and was willing to give me more if necessary. They informed me that my credit score was actually a 650 which I already knew before anything.. idk where 580 came from… but let’s continue shall we.. I texted Sam the next day to let him know I got approved by my credit union.. He goes on to say ok but the credit union won’t allow me to purchase from a used car dealership. It has to be a dealer that sells new and used car. Turns out he was telling the truth about that. He suggests that since my credit union approved me, I should just go with the GM financing first and then refinance the car with my credit union. Not a bad idea. I agreed to that and went through with the High APR loan that he was offering. At this point it’s a brand new day and now I’m working with fat Joe because fat Sam is on vacation. Joe asks how much am I putting down, I told him $2500. He sets up the financing and then says we have to go to a place in Long Island to sign the paperwork. We take a 30 minute drive and end up at Garden city Jeep & Chrysler… This is where they explain to me that this is their “partner” company and I will be purchasing the car through them.. but wait, this place sells new and used cars so why can’t I use my credit union if I’m purchasing the car from Garden city jeep?????.. because they know my credit union would’ve assessed the value of the car and only paid out but so much for the car. I would’ve had to pay a fair price for the car had I used my credit union. But with GM financial they was able to juice the loan for everything they can get. The car was valued at 27k.. They made me take out a loan for 36k and made me pay the extra $2,500 cash on top of that. That down payment went straight to their pockets, not towards the loan. All in all I paid 39k for a car that was listed on the website for 26k and valued at 27k.. I definitely made a stupid decision but I take it as a learning experience and would advise y’all to not make the same mistake I made and don’t let fat Sam and fat Joe take advantage of you . Especially if you’re credit it average at best.. They will make you feel like they’re the only people that can help you when that’s not the case at all. Take your business elsewhere if you’re looking for a fair deal. On a positive note, I had to take the car back because the rotors were warped. They didn’t hesitate to take care of that, hassle free. They work with the mechanic shop across the street and they will fix anything that needs to be fixed at no charge to the customer. Fat Joe is decent human when he wants to be but fat Sam is the worst of the worst. There’s a good guy named Cesar that works there. He’s the person you wanna deal with if you do decide to buy a car from this place. But ultimately, you’re gonna have to deal with fat Sam and fat Joe because they do the majority of the financing process, which sucks because they’re literally looking to violate the custom"

"They sell bad cars here do not buy it !!! Told me the car had zero accident and the car had 3 accidents had a wheel to big on it ( that could’ve killed me ) and had 5 owners and he told me it was one owner . Also he rolled the miles back email me for more info … there’s shops all in that area trust me and go find another one"
