"Wow. Such a whirlwind with this company. I included a WORKING 30% CODE AT THE BOTTOM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW: Not very reliable. Booked a cargo van three weeks in advance for a move across the states. Called back three times prior to make sure everything was set. Mark was very helpful and promised there would be a truck available. The night before my move he said there were no more trucks and to call back in the morning. I’m not sure who I spoke with but it was a man with an accent who was VERY RUDE and hung up on me mid conversation. His customer service skills were poor, cut me off several times, did not listen to what I was saying. Needless to say I canceled the reservation and BOOKED WITH ENTERPRISE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. If you want to risk it you can try Budget. However, please believe me when I say read the reviews because they are not lying. If you’re still considering, here is a 30% off code you can use (30%cv). Booking earlier gets you cheaper rates too. I would never use Budget again after this experience."

"Fantastic customer service! Arthur made the truck drop off process a pleasure assisting and spent a lot of time with with my gas fill up problem (Could not get the tank filled to the "F" mark). There was absolutely no rushing after checkout and allowed me to take my time to get my personal items out of the cab. This is what true customer service looks like! He is truly a "maestro" and I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a rental truck! - M.K"
