As a loyal Lexus customer, along with several family members, I have always held the brand in high regard. However, an incident on July 20, 2024, during the buyout process of my leased 2021 Lexus LX570, has left me deeply troubled. During the transaction, I was presented with the following breakdown: Lease buyout contract total: $52,548.72 Tax (8.87%): $4,660.97 Registration fee: $55.00 Deal documentation fee: $175.00 Total other charges: $230.00 Total: $57,669.69 However, after signing the paperwork, I was surprised to find that the final contract showed a significantly higher amount: Lease buyout price: $56,538.72 Tax: $4737.94(tax) Registration fee: $55.00 Documentation fee: $175.00 Total other charges: $230.00 Final Total: $61,506.66 This represents an unexplained increase of $3,990 for the lease buyout price + taxes on it from the initially presented total. I am deeply concerned about this apparent lack of transparency and what seems to be a misleading practice. As a valued customer, I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to a resolution that aligns with Lexus's reputation for customer satisfaction and integrity. "It was my first time visiting Lexus Queens, and I had the pleasure of having Maria Morales as my service consultant. She is well-mannered, attentive to your needs, and ensures that you, as a customer, get what you need for your car. I really enjoyed her service. I felt welcomed and taken care of. They have a lounge area for people to wait for their car, with coffee and water provided. There is also a private, quiet area where you can work. Maria guided me there so I could have some privacy while I worked and waited for my car. The service was quick, which I appreciated. I didn’t have a good experience at Lexus Manhattan or Brooklyn, so coming to Queens made me want to return again!"
