They offered nothing to drink and sold features we did not need, so they pressured us to buy the extended warranty to gain loan approval. They also sold us in paper and never explained about the car washes for $1000 a year. When it only provides a basic car wash, which is worth only $19.00, and we are only able to wash it once a month."
