"If you’re looking for luxury, this place is not it. If you are looking for professionalism, this stii is not the place. Honestly, I don’t know how to rate this car dealership. Just from my experience, if you want to get a Genesis, take the time and drive up to Genesis of White Plains. Trust me, it’ll have been the smartest hour spent driving. Not naming any names, but this dealership is a Hyundai dealership. Good for getting Hyundai cars. I’m sure the salesmen sre suited to sell Hyundai cars. Not Genesis level training, obviously. Should be ashamed to put Genesis on their sign and business cards. The Genesis in White Plains is owned by Pepe Auto Group. You will get service, professionalism, luxury, and the actual car on time. I will update with a slightly better review when and if my deposit for the car they never had or ordered is refunded. Oh, and getting family and friends to leave good reviews in your name is a very transparent practice."

"This dealer's service department is the worst I have ever experienced in over 40 years. They rarely returned phone calls, or kept me up to date, and held my car for weeks and weeks. Claimed the issue was fixed multiple times. When they returned the car and the issue was still present. The last time they returned the car to me, it was missing parts and the structural issue was still present. Finally, after more than 7 weeks, Genesis Corp had the car moved to another dealer. I will also add that they park cars on public streets and I received 2 tickets ... they did pay for them. My biggest concern about that is why would a dealer park people's cars on the street and what happens if it is damaged or stolen? Is the customer responsible for that?"
