Enterprise Rent-A-Car 9501 Ditmars Boulevard, Queens, NY 11369

"The car was nice, though they didn’t have much selection. Car was clean and well maintained with fairly low mileage. My main issue is that the Enterprise website is not clear on the total expected cost at the point of reservation. You only ADD extras, like insurance etc, at the point of check in for the vehicle. I realized this the day before my trip that the cost increased by $300 after addition of insurance etc that is required by my company when traveling. At that point it was too late to book another car. I hope Enterprise changes the way they present their costs to customers in the future, I am moving toward more cost effective rental services from now on."

"The staff was very prompt and friendly. I bought full tank of gas and they were very helpful to refund me the proper amount of fuel charges when I returned the car with half a tank of gas. The shuttle bus driver and service was very courteous and helpful. A fantastic experience. Thanks Team and keep up the great work !"

"Review edit; I thought this enterprise was one of decent rental locations. But, I noticed the change over time... where the once helpful staff, was replaced. Then, all of sudden there's a issue with my license. Then there was an issue with my credit cards, and my address. Then the last issue was, the rental truck was stolen in front of my building. Now, I'm a high risk renter. After three years renting with them. On the do not rent list with no explanation. Just, I'm a high risk renter. Didn't even let me know they retrieved the truck the same night, it was stolen with no damage. For some reason, I'm thinking they're going for certain customer base. They say " their customers are family"... maybe certain customers. Renters Beware..."

"STAY WOKE. Read the contract. I tend to focus on the first agreement and overlook the receipt agreement. I just noticed they raised the costs on the receipt (the agreement document you receive at the end). Fees have increased dramatically. The worst aspect is that they charge you even when there is 90/95% fuel in the tank. I spoke with the manager, who stated that the fuel tank must be 100% full which I know and I refueled my tank to 100% and drove to their location, which reduced my tank to 90/95%, and they still charged me. Never rent a car from Enterprise or any of their affiliated firms. I will inform everyone of my family and friends. Good bye!"

"DO NOT GO! THEY GIVE DAMAGED, DENTED AND DISGUSTING CARS. NEVER GOING BACK! How any company could give a customer a car this messed up is beyond me. I went to enterprise last night because my rental had the check engine light come on and maintenance required notification continuously popping up. Unfortunately, the enterprise in Astoria that I originally got my car from was closed. I got there they made me wait over an hour, then when I asked both Anthony and Matthew, they told me that they really appreciated how I returned the car and that they would make sure that I was taken care of and told her to wait again. And then once again after they said that they don’t have any cars in stock that they would FIND ME A CAR. THIS WAS WHAT THEY GAVE ME AFTER WAITING FOR OVER an HOUR and a HALF. The car was filthy, looked like it was in an accident with all the dents, the driver side headlights turned on and off. How is that OKAY!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! They DID NOT CHECK THE CAR, they did NOT CLEAN THE CAR I found receipts, blunt wrappings and this car looked like it was parked and forgotten about. Now, when I return the car, I made sure my car was washed, polished with fresh wax and vacuumed,I believe that when you drop off a rental, you should drop it off you want it to be picked up. This car rental company should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER GO HERE."
