"Absolutely worst hertz I've ever been to and that is saying something."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would!There were no receptionists except one who was so slow with handling the customers, that when we went up to politely request to please speed up as the cue is just getting long, he was rude.Upon our turn, he kept making more issues and stayed super unhelpful!Eventually, we had to leave and call an uber.This person on the front desk is definitely unqualified to handle a service like this!"

"The point of reserving a car in advance at a place that does online check-in is to not have to wait an hour at the counter. Nothing but errors while trying to scan to check in when we reserved it on the app. Only response when we asked why this was occurred it must have been something we inputed incorrectly even though we did it on their app. Only two employees working on a Saturday afternoon and a line that does not move quickly. After finally getting the car reservation taken care of we waited another 30 minutes for them to now clean the vehicle that we had reserved for a time an hour and a half prior. Car came out covered in soap suds and the guy's response was oh it'll go away as you drive. Will never rent a vehicle from here again terrible experience start to finish."

"Expect to wait at least an hour to pick up a car. Once you get there, you’ll be asked gas or electric. If you say gas, they’ll give you an electric car anyway."

"I haven't rented a car in awhile sucks these car rentals don't let you rent with a debit card, unless you've gotten off a flight. Don't choose manager special; they will only give you electric cars and if you're traveling more than 200 miles those cars cannot take you. It cost me $40 for 1 hr charge at a charging station and it only have me 100 miles worth of charge. Free stations take hours to fully charge those cars and some places takes two hours to get a full charge. I don't recommend. Hertz will offer $40 to upgrade to a gas car if you don't like the electric car manager special call them before booking the special to see if it's an electric car."
