"Am on vacation in Nirvanna, our 2021 Sprinter. I had a problem with the cruise not working. Kind of a big problem since I’m from San Diego. 2,000 miles without cruise would be brutal. Dillion was the service advisor and got me in right away. They cleared the codes, and got everything working for me in less time than it took to eat breakfast down the street. Thank you Mercedes Buffalo! And thanks for following up to make sure all was working. We’re back on the road enjoying our van!"

"Definitely overpriced services, but about what you’d expect for a Mercedes. Took it here on several occasions. My main trip was to get rid of my check engine light (I was sure there was nothing wrong with my engine and told them that). Took a whole two weeks just to get charged for diagnostics and a sensor replacement , but the bigger issue was how they returned my car. I’m a detailer, so I keep my car basically spotless and I’d also filled the gas the day before. When I get it back, bumper is splattered with bugs and mats are covered in dirt. Not just the driver’s mat though, also my rear and passengers mat. And 3/4 of my gas is gone and over 150 miles added on the odometer, far more than what is standard for driving after an engine service. I complained and was offered a brief apology but nothing else. They also tried to sell me on a new wiper fluid tank for several hundred dollars, saying that they cannot only replace the sensor but need to replace the whole assembly. I opted to leave it, since it just wasn’t worth it. Since then, I’ve gone elsewhere or only purchased the parts/fluids and done the services myself. Called recently and was quoted $600 for a differential fluid change, so I took it to another shop who only charged $115 and had it done in an hour."

"I was looking to purchase a high-end luxury SUV, and Mercedes was certainly on my list. I might have actually purchased one from this dealership; however, not only did I NOT receive a call back after my test drive, but there has also been no follow-up whatsoever, and it's been nearly two weeks. Needless to say, I chose a Lincoln Navigator, which was slightly more expensive, but at the Lincoln dealership, I was treated with respect, received follow-up calls, and had an overall excellent experience. The difference between this dealership and the Lincoln dealership could not be more significant."

"Service at this dealership has consistently met my expectations. The staff is very professional, and listens to my concerns carefully to ensure the time spent with my vehicle is worthwhile. Dillon has been assigned to my vehicle and provides honest feedback to keep me updated. This service department is top-notch and I'd recommend them!"

"Went in to have 12 V battery replaced left with Eco mode problems. Taken Back to be fixed left with broken engine, cover, and all of the installation hanging out never again to buy from these people or service my car. It’s not that the repairs weren’t done nor is it the price it’s their lack of attention to detail. They seem To put things back together very sloppily. I would say this is about the third time this is happened. They seen the lack attention to detail after completing the repair. Update having stopped in and advised of the issues they have agreed to correct them, which has improved my opinion of them a bit"
