"This location has great customer service. The minute I entered into the building, I was greeted and ask what I needed help on. I was returning the car and the one gentleman looked at the car right away and gave me the receipt. I told him I needed a ride to the dealership. He gave me a ride to the dealership with no problems or attitude. Will rent and return vehicle from this location."

"Reserved a reservation in Buffalo, NY. Fiancee and I arrived to Enterprise and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. When asked if we'd like to upgrade to a larger vehicle, we jumped at the chance since we were in Buffalo and expected blizzard/white-out conditions. The vehicle we were offered was a Nissan Titan. When we asked the sales rep if the vehicle had four-wheel drive, he responded affirmatively. Upon our departure from Enterprise, fiancee and I realize vehicle is NOT four-wheel drive and is in fact only two-wheel drive... anyone who lives in Buffalo, or drives a truck, will understand how absurd this is. Especially since we paid an extra $150 for the larger vehicle when a smaller, two-wheel FRONT-wheel drive car would have sufficed us much better. Upon our return, we discussed this with the rep, who was able to deduct $23.00 from our total cost... not exactly "helping us out" as he said he was, but I appreciated his attempt. The Titan drove okay; however we did get stuck in snow twice; and I mean a SMALL amount of snow, which should tell you how shoddy Nissan's two-wheel drive Titans are in snow. Be more careful than we were when renting a vehicle in snowy regions. Thankfully my fiancee is from upstate NY and is an excellent driver in any conditions. Maybe next time, Enterprise..."

"Avoid using this facility if you can help it. The staff seems very disorganized and the assistance is painfully slow. They have no system to line up customers as they come in and the employees just shout out "who's next"? On top of taking 25 minutes to get through the two customers ahead of me, they didn't even have the proper size vehicle for my reservation; even though I called two times before picking it up (once just 10 minutes before) to make sure everything was set. To make matters even worse, the car was dirty (crumbs all over the seat, big black scuff marks on the upholstery). Very disappointing for such a large national chain. I will definitely stay with Hertz in the future. Update: in response to the reply I received, I already sent an email to the supplied address two days ago and received absolutely no response to my issue. I think its dissapointing when companies send these canned emails to appear as though they are trying to remedy a situation. I've adjusted my review score accordingly. I would warn others regarding this company's true responsiveness to issues."

"I rented a car from Enterprise for the Easter Weekend. The employees were very courteous and helpful. The young man who picked me up and took me home again was extremely courteous and polite. The car which was a Ford Fiesta was beautiful. My only complain was that since I need a walker the back seat and trunk were to small for my walker. When I complained about this the staff was helpful and resolved the problem. I was very pleased with the experience as a whole. I will rent from Enterprise again if I need to."
