I saw a 2015 Jeep Compass on the lot, stopped in, and in 2 hours was driving out in my new car. Brett and Dave gave me the attention I deserved and were realistic with me. I would give 10 stars if I could! Great guys and great cars!"

"Do not by a vehicle from here. If I could give zero stars I would. They seemed very helpful at first but soon found out how dishonest they are just to get a sale. They don't hold up their end of contract. Turned a lease into them in November and bought a vehicle. Part of the deal was for them to pay off the remainder lease payments. I had to call multiple times after I was receiving late payments from Ford because they had not paid it. Everytime I called Brett or Dave they acted like it was paid. Come to find out it wasn't paid until two months later that was paid over the phone by credit card. Then in March I started receiving calls that the lease vehicle had not been turned into Ford yet - This is 4 1/2 months after I turned vehicle over to them. When I called Brett he said they had already turned it in. Well after having to call Brett and Dave multiple times they finally started looking for vehicle that had been in storage all this time. Called for a couple of weeks and told them that if it wasn't turned in before a certain date I would owe another month payment on the lease plus a late fee. Called and texted multiple times and never got an answer other then they were checking into it or just got ignored. Even called the main location in Fredonia and got no help and was told Dave had to handle it. Very unprofessional as Dave started to not give us answers and just started to ignore the situation completely. So now I paid an extra $700 dollars to my previous lease because they unprofessionally mishandled this situation. Don't be fooled by their promises to give best deals and take care of everything. Had I known the headache I would have had to gone through I would have never bought a car from them. Not to mention the vehicle I bought was a new jeep with only 10,000 miles on it but two weeks after I brought it home we checked there was barely any oil in it and it was black. Supposedly wasn't do for oil change for another 4,000 miles. The break light bulbs also went out. Multiple problems with this place and the main location won't even clean up their mess."

"Now I'm a bit nervous. I see a lot of negative comments. Some positive but those are probably paid for, or friends and family of employees typed them. I already bought a vehicle there so I guess I'll see if I get screwed. I definitely will do a carfax report on my vehicle as well. I'll change my rating at a later time if anything goes well. The vehicle I purchased is missing an exterior piece, scuff marks on the interior, they took the jeep in their shop for an inspection. How do you inspect and pass it when the windshield washer nozzles are completely broken off? I bet it will take them days to fix a simple job. Plus my mom also bought a vehicle that came with no key fob, all they did was give her a check, she had to pay half. Lol $265 I think it costs."

Even though I have the worst credit ever they were able to get me a car and they even shopped around to help me get insurance. They work with you with the down payment and they have an awesome insurance guy named Wade, who was able to get me a great quote that I was able to afford.
