"Absolutely saved us, provided amazing service, and were legitimately great to us from start to finish. Moving across country is scary enough, but when car trouble strikes on the last leg of your long journey to Boston, you need great people around you to help get you home. Everyone at this facility went above and beyond to not only repair the damaged truck we were given in Nashville (bumper was so smashed upon pickup at the Nashville facility the Buffalo crew had to weld on a brand new one before hooking up the car carrier) they were so quick and so lovely the entire time. My only complaint is they’re in Buffalo and not closer to us in case we need another moving truck in the future. Cheers to everyone there for making us feel like neighbors."

"Rude lady on the phone who should not be replying to customers, for she is not suitable for this job but rather fit to serve in a dirty joint. I spoke to someone on the phone about a week ago in regards to reserving a 26 foot with a lift gate truck for me on a Saturday. The person I spoke to was very nice. He asked me what was the purpose, and I said I need to move a used copier from my business to my house, So he said that the price is $ 89.00 per day plus $0.99 cents/mile. After I explained what the truck was for he did not ask me whether the truck is for personal use or business use. And then he told that there was not any truck available for this coming Saturday, but that I can call later in the week for the next upcoming Saturday and ask if one is available. I spoke to him about 10 minutes never he asked me during the conversation whether i need the truck for business use or for personal use. So I called today Thursday the 18th of May 2023 to reserve one like he asked me to, and there was this very rude nasty lady who answered the phone, and when I asked to reserve a 26 footer she asked me if the truck was for the business or personal, I answered that it was for my business without thinking that it would matter nor that there would be any difference, so she said that the price is $ 160.00, but when I was trying multiple times to tell her that the price is significantly higher than last week she rudely and consistently managed multiple times to talk over me without giving me a chance and without listening to what I was going to say, and then she said that is it and hung up the phone. Even though I have no problem paying the higher price of $160.00 dollars but at the same time I was hoping for an explanation as to why the nice guy i spoke to for 10 minutes the week before, gave me a cheaper price and never asked me whether it is for a personal use or for a business use. I own packaging company in Williamsville NY, Budget lost my business because they hire nasty people who should not be dealing with customer service. Do not go there and deal with this type of nasty pathetic people, who possibly have problems at home and who come to work to take it out on customers who do not know about her problems. and who do not care. People like her should seek help. . Go to Penske on Broadway in Cheektowaga they are the best. I had just rented a show room looking 26 footer for cheaper and faster service. Great professional people to deal with."

"The owner of this establishment is TERRIBLE! Please RUN to another facility. He was very rude, unwilling to help us and was upset with us because corporate did not fax him over our paperwork. I was silent and preferred to just leave. He said, “you can leave” rude and abruptly. They will never receive my business! And yes this was a corporate lease ! May I add he referred to us as “these people” and that he does not like doing business with “these people”."

"Decent prices for decent truck, customer service wasnt awful but sure wasn't special either. Just pay for an extra day if you're not 100% absolutely certain you'll be able to return it before they close or your car will be locked in the parking lot and you'll be on your own to get home, and without any warning too. Better just to use them for moves within the city only."

"Reserved a Truck online for this location, went to pick it up and they didn't have my reservation, then told me the truck doesn't even exist and basically told me to leave. I asked if they could check other locations and they told me "Good Luck, try New York City" and laughed at me. Incredibly ignorant. Called budget customer service and kept getting transferred back to the main menu and having to start over. Finally gave up and cancelled my reservation online and went to ryder truck instead."
