"I had a great experience with Riverfront. We bought a Dodge Grand Caravan and had difficulty getting a loan. They have 13 lenders and make it straightforward and upfront about what is needed to drive away with a car. I applied for the car and 2 days later we were driving off the lot. Their ease and professionalism would have already made this a great experience, however there is more. I had a minor issue that needed to be taken care of 3 months after purchasing the car and when I brought it in they quoted me a price of $250 to fix the brakes as it wasn't covered by the warranty. I asked them to hold off as I didn't have the cash right then and there. When I came to pick up the car they told me they fixed them anyways since it was just recently purchased. Riverfront will get all my business from now on. Thanks guys!!!"
"I had a horrible first time experience with another dealer and afterwards was skeptical to shop at another one. Seen online Riverfront had a car similar to my first one so I decided to reach out. Brian got back to me and I told him about being interested in the car but very skeptical due to my first experience. Brian assisted me and assured me this experience wouldn't be the same. He stood by his word and was super transparent and communicative. He didn't leave me with any unanswered questions and had patience with me throughout the entire process.
