"My friend (elderly lady) with stage 4 Cancer , went to timebuyer ,where her son bought a van for her to be guaranteed to make it safely to her treatments. She has been stranded several times by this van they are paying over $12,000 for. Never a late or missed payment. After several appointments that she had to let them keep the van, finally they acknowledge the transmission is bad. They keep the van for 3 days, 7 hrs labor, but kept it for 3 days. She gets on the highway and it’s even worse than before. Takes it back to them. They are still jerking her around, and she still has no vehicle. So now she is paying for rides to her treatment’s because her life depends on making these appointments, as well as still making the payments on the van. She is totally drained, stressed and stranded and Time buyer doesn’t care either way. They don’t even call her when they say they will. They literally have eaten up the last several months of a cancer patients life with no regard to her situation. They are aware, as they explained why they were buying the van and what they need it for when they purchased it. This is EVIL!! Never missed a payment never been late. If they will do that to a cancer patient , who has completely honored their agreement….They shouldn’t have a business!! 6/18/24 btw you can only leave a review if you give them a star, nothing shady about that either. -5 ⭐️ they are EVIL!!"

"I was in there when a customer brought his car just 4 days after buying it Transmission had him stranded on side of highway Lady up front told him that’s why they come with warranty ! Great right Well yeah but Gentleman express this concerns about getting to work and having just spent his last money on this car and she said to him welll unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that we can fix the problem But you did buy a used car it happens !!!! What !!!!!! Are you serious very unprofessional and Not somthing to say when people buy cars they expect the car to be able to last and drive especially for more than 4 days they shouldn’t have sold him that car !"

"I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions but from my personal experience with this company it has been over all a good experience. They have been very understanding if I needed to make a payment a little later than usual as long as I let them know and have been flexible with me. When I was looking for a car they were great about giving me necessary information about the vehicle, and were patient when it came to the test driving. It’s been about 3ish years and I still have never had any problems with the vehicle to this day, and they sold me a 2015 Buick verano. Overall I would recommend this company from my own experience."

"We had an absolutely great experience buying a car from Time Buyer. It was like the old way of doing business. Friendly and respectful and you are giving them your word that you are gonna pay this debt. You have all the normal stuff too and all the extensive paperwork but they dont make it overwhelming and answer any questions you have. And honestly, it means a lot to get a handshake and they obviously know that. We would go there again and definitely recommend that anyone go there. We found the car I wanted and I was driving it home the next day. Probably could have been driving it home the same day if we had gone in the morning instead of the afternoon.
