I’ve gone to Pat before for tires and he’s always guided me well there, so it’s no surprise buying a vehicle from him was also a positive experience. Pat and Will weren’t at all pushy, they got me a great interest rate (unheard of in this market) and then when I returned to buy weather tech mats, Pat personally vacuumed my car out and installed them himself. "Excellent experience from start to finish! Pat was very prompt in responding to my initial phone call and quickly provided all the info requested including extra pics, details and vehicle history. As a car guy, I was a very picky buyer and new exactly what I wanted and what to look for on the vehicle having looked at many through the process as well as being a current owner of an older model of the same vehicle and trim level already. Pat was able to satisfy all my questions, provide clarity on the picky details and assure me the car was all that I expected ahead of time so that I had the confidence to trust and move forward with the purchase without being there in person. Communication was excellent all the way through the process with many phone calls and even follow up phone calls after we bought the vehicle to make sure arrival home was done safely. The car was everything he said it was and more. The car was beautifully detailed and they even applied an extra coat of wax before we picked it up to protect the finish from bugs on the long trip home! Customer service was outstanding as we are from Michigan and due to my work obligations, my wife volunteered to make the trip and fly from Detroit to Syracuse, NY to pick up the car and Pat picked her up from the airport, drove her to the dealer and took care of everything quickly so the drive home could be underway. My wife and I appreciated Pat's honest, relaxed approach with no pressure and he was a complete gentlemen and a real pleasure to deal with.
