"What an outstanding customer experience! Visited the evening of Thurs July 10th. One female assistant was leaving for the day and walked me halfway through the shop to help me find what I was looking for (she knew exactly where it was) and another female assistant helped me at the self-scan (first time) and showed me how to get the military discount at the self-scan. Not used to that level of excellent customer service these days. Now I wish I had gotten both of their names. Definitely a reason to return to Lowes!"

"Terrible! Discrimination at it's best! Tried to return two bathroom faucets that I bought 4 months ago. Sorry, our policy is 90 days unless you have your receipt. Found receipt, tried to return again, sorry over 90 days, can't return. They have refunded other items I have returned that were over 90 days but today is different. Now, we abide by our policy, unless of course you get our CREDIT CARD. Then you have 1 year to return items. So different policies for different people. I would say that is discrimination at it's best! if you are working on a long term project, spending 10's of thousands of dollars with a store, you would think they would want to provide good customer service. Not only do the employees or managers NOT want to provide this but neither does the customer service number they give you. Looks like those with a LOWE'S credit card are more important customers than those of us that choose not to have one. Will be shopping elsewhere."

"This Lowes is like the others I have been in.... they don't have anyone running a checkout! And you have to wait for people to figure out how to do it themselves.... While they have people standing and around just watching you. I rather have them check me out instead of watch me do it myself. We all know the prices haven't changed or discounts for checking and bagging your own goods."
