"This place is admittedly a bit eerie today. The only place open now is the Alamo Drafthouse two flights down. As you go down the escalator you are struck by the emptiness of the building. You can see shops through the glass, which are under construction, but it feels abandoned. Once things move in, I'm sure the place and the above-ground park will seem very lively."
