"I came in on a Sunday and the gentleman was not currently in the office. I contacted the number that was listed on the door and I received an immediate response. Within the hour the gentleman arrived to the shop and fixed my phone in less than 30 seconds. When I asked what my total was he refused to have me pay for the minor repair. Excellent service if I ever do need a major repair it will be through them. I wish I got the mans name who helped me but regardless he was a great help."
"I needed my Sansung S7 Edge screen replaced. They were quick to respond with a quote on replacement. They let me know when the screen was in and we scheduled a next day appointment. I waited while it replaced about an 1.5 hours. Great customer service. I will refer friends to here if they need any cell phone repairs."
"There is a very good reason everyone is giving a 5 star rating: First class customer service! I needed a battery replaced on my S7. Was really expecting to be without the phone over the weekend, which would have been annoying. Dropped it off around noon Friday, and picked it up an hour later. Good to go and almost fully charged. I had already Googled what this should cost. The bill was a few bucks below the low end of the range. Quality work, done quickly and at a more than fair price: How often does that happen?"
