"Will never go again. Went on Father's Day for brunch. Quickly seated. Not too busy. 1/2 hr for the waitress to come get our drink order. Put our order in. At least another 45 min before getting our food. Ordered cinnamon pancakes. Received French Toast. Took them back. Never got a coffee refill. Another hour later, getting ready to leave, pancakes finally came. But 8 yr old already ate off everyone else's plate. Mentioned to waitress and was referred to as her "girlfriend". Needless to say. This "girlfriend" will never be back. Word of mouth is strong."

"Burgers are way over priced for what you get taste and presentation ($20 ) guess by saying wagyu it's a buzz word to increase the price but it sat very sad and slopped together on the plate. McDonald's has better food. Service was subpar also never came back so I could even ask for a napkin . I'll pack food next time"

"My family and I came here to eat on a Friday afternoon after driving 3 hours. It was not busy at all. Our experience started with the hostess, who was less than enthused to be working at Trax. She was not friendly at all. She sat us down and we waited for about 15 minutes until I finally got up and found someone. The waitress said she didn’t know anyone was seated there and someone would be right over. Another waitress returned and was again, less than enthused to be there. I saw the other younger waitress laughing and having fun with her guests. Our waitress was annoyed when I simply asked for ketchup and straws. The food was nothing to be impressed about. We ate it because we were starving but it was nothing to rave about. A lot of people seem to enjoy this restaurant but for us, we won’t be back. A smile truly goes a long way. Way over priced as well!"

"This place rules. Even if you aren't bombing the mountain. Be sure to explore the bike park. They have cider on draft and can which is great"

"Very nice service, food and atmosphere. It overlooks the ski slope with a stunning view. But they were very busy and slow. There is a nice outside deck with gas fire bar. The inside was clean, considering all the traffic they get. I ordered an Asian rice noodle bowl. It came with an orchid flower garnish. How classy is that!!"
